Return Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

• You received a wrong product
• The product was damaged or defective upon delivery
• The product is expired or near expiry at the time of delivery
• The product is missing from your order

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used medicines
• Temperature-sensitive medications (cold chain products)
• Personal care or hygiene products after opening
• Items purchased on clearance or special discount (unless damaged or incorrect)

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

• We will arrange a product pickup or ask you to return the item
• The product will be inspected upon receipt
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment mode and situation.

Replacement Policy

Where possible, we prefer to offer a replacement instead of a refund for eligible cases. Replacement will be shipped once the returned item is verified.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

• Refunds (if applicable) may be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet
• Alternatively, store credit may be provided

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item).

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
